Wtf!? (aka "heroic victory + large armies = no imperator!")

I just won a heroic victory against Carthage, they had 3210 men and I had 1302 and I still haven't been names imperator.

These "Wtf!?" titles are getting popular. You guys are getting lazy methinks. I renamed it to a more easily recognizable one.
