Character traits?

I wanted to know if there is a list of character traits for eb i looked around and i couldnt find one.

You can find the full and comprehensive EB traits guide here! It contains the triggers, the levels, the ancillaries and everything that you could possibly want to know - a very handy tool if you want to start some modding!

Also if anyone knows how to give a character a specific trait that would be great!

You can give any one of your characters any vice or virtue by typing [first two names]_[last name] [trait name] [trait level] in the useful R:TW cheat console which is activated through pressing the ¬ key.
