You can find the latest bug-fixing patch, 1.5, for R:TW here. However, bear in mind that you need the older patch 1.2 to be installed first or your game will fail to function. The larger and older 1.2 patch can be found here. Hope this helps you, good luck, cheers!

BTW, if you have Gold you, luckily, don't need the 1.5 patch - Gold is already 1.5. If you have R:TW and BI (not Gold) then you can just patch straight up to the latest 1.5. If you already have 1.3 then you can also are fortunate to be able to patch straight up to 1.5.
