Roman Triumph?

I've been unable to get the men to name the general "imperator" (as Roman general vs Carthage). I've won several battles (after passing the other requirements) as described in the "traits" sticky and yet nothing.
Is this working properly in .81a ?

You need to win a battle involving large numbers of troops on both sides with the chance of victory roughly even or in the enemy's favor. There are other requirements, but these are the difficult ones.
