The Europa Barbarorum shortcut is either, with default installations, "C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe" -mod:eb -nm -show_err should you posesses standard R:TW or "C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe" -mod:eb -nm -show_err should you own a copy of R:TW Gold.
