    They go in a folder called "tgas" in your Medieval 2 directory. Just use a program called infranview (download free from here: http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm ) to open them and then save them as jpgs.

    You will have to create an account on imageshack or any such image uploading site

    Then when writing your post, add image and type in or copy/paste the http adresse of your picture...

    It's done...

    Convert to jpg

    Upload to imageshack (no account necessary)
