The patch will be out when it's out. If threads about it aren't plastered all over this forum, it's not out yet.
Moderators have been instructed to lock all threads related to the patch until it has been released, so this thread is locked. To the OP, you didn't do anything wrong in posting this, I'm just doing my job in closing it.

To clarify - patch threads that come about before the patch itself is released quickly degenerate into flame wars and CA bashing.
In order to avoid that there's an embargo on patch threads at the moment, which will be lifted when the patch itself is released.
