Ive been trying to download the full install (latest version - v0.81a) but every time it gets to 55% it gives up. Any ideas what the problem might be? Nothing worse than waiting an hour only to have it fail. Three times.Help!

Hi and welcome Johnny5,
May I suggest you use the BitTorrent download. It can be found here. The download speeds seem to be much faster and more reliable compared to the standard download.
Unfortunately, you require BitTorrent, or another such program to open the .torrent package, which is the "script" required for the BitTorrent program to be able to download EB 0.81a full. You can find the latest version of the BitTorrent downloader here.

Another thing that might help you, Johnny, is an FTP program that will allow you to connect to the EB FTP anonymously. By using it you can continue your download in the event it fails during the process. There are several good ones out there, but the two I would recommend would be FileZilla and FireFTP.
