Heres leaked patch. Thing works online normaly, but you must be carefull when you install it. Patch must be installed over vanila 1.0 game, becouse if you install it over 1.1 you will get some serious problems.
It apears click behind bug is fixed, other than that is basicly the same, with spears being now actually usefull against horses and that two handers now work. I'm still to check if there is any improvement in lag-performance at 3v3 and 4v4.

Not only that it may not be a good idea as the new official patch may not be compatible with it or it may cause some kind of error. There must be a good reason they withdrew it.
