Query: Shield Fix, What impact on missile damage ?

Hi All !

I'm thinking of installing Carl's Problem Fixer shortly. It includes Foz's shield fix.

What is the impact on missile damage with this fix ?

I assume all that shield value goes into armor and makes people more immune to missile fire. i.e missiles are less useful (if at all) with this fix.

Correct ?
