i wrote the exact asme question and got no help. heheeh its a hard topic. could 1 of your friends at CA answere this ??

    my theories on this are

    1) it has to do with the weapon. most units have this set to 1 but axe and mace (which are heavy) are 1.2 and the 2hsword, 2haxe, poleaxe are realy heavy and are set to 1.33. this makes the attack slower.

2)same idea with weapon weight however instead of a slower speed it factors into the attack value. like swinging a sword would cause a certain impact however getting hit my an axe would cause More of an impact.

i think #1 ia the case, cuz in the game u can see how slow a 1.33 factor is.

I would like this to affect armor. I have been playing around with this a bit to get an effect that the heavier armor you wear the slower ur attack is. like heavymail you aattack average but by wearing Full plate you wouldnt be swinging that sword like zero.
