    Default Yet another thank you

Hello. I've been playing EB the past few months and reached a point where I felt the need to add my thanks to the many, many, others that have been posted. I don't have much free time Basically I spend most of my time works at finsihing my degree at my university, or working at a crappy job to pay for my classes.

When I'm not doing those, I'm playing EB.This game has not only proved more interesting, but more educational than my books or the history channel. I'm not sure who first came up with the mod, but they and everyone who's worked on it since are owed my eternal gratitude. I only wish I had some skill with my computer so that I could help the team. Lacking that, if you should ever need someone to look up boring government related information (my specialty) I would be glad to help.

EB has been the main reason I've been able to spend relatively little money, and been able to save for my honeymoon these past few months. I appreciate every minute you've been able to put into this mod. I thank you guys every single day I've played.

Thanks guys. Email me should you ever need what little help I can provide.

Edit: By the way, of any of you want free food, my wedding is in southern Oregon, June 2nd, U.S.A. Anyone who worked on or just plays EB is welcome.

    Email: zim38spcl@hotmail.com

Edit, the sequel: For spelling errors (curse you mojitos and your ability to ruin my ability to spell!) and accuracy (no alcohol at the wedding, unfortunately).

Why would you invite people who play EB to your wedding? Did you run that idea by your fiancee?

DUDE thanks for the offer man. I wish I could go the wedding but I ain't got the $$ for a plane ticket, hotel room, and car rental.

OK now this is directed to fallen851:
-Didn't you see Wedding Crashers man? Girls get horny when they attend the wedding of one their friends. You know what that means? Its easy to hook up with single girls at weddings. PLUS the free booz helps

So why would he invite us fellow EB players? He is trying to hand us some easy pickings.

Because EB players are the coolest people around and should be invited to all parties.
Or because I drank too much while playing eb earlier.
    Most likely both.

Either way this mod really did save my free time this semester, so the thank you still stands.

On behalf of the team, thanks for the thanks!

While it is cool that you saved money for the wedding party, I mostly appreciated the following part...

This game has not only proved more interesting, but more educational than my books or the histroy channel.
Letting you guys have a interactive version of history (either by historically accurate battles-within the limits of RTW), voicemods that try to speak the language (as it was spoken then, or as close as that), units that are OVER-researched, and changed many-a-times to be as historical as we can make them is what we take pride in.

But really, If people can turn off their PC after playing and walk away with appreciation for people like the Lusotannan, Sweboz, and especially some of our new factions, well it is job well done, and all the effort worth it.

    @Zim, I wish a super wedding !
