Is it possible to edit the unit upkeep

Now I reconize that the Vanilla cost were unrealaistic for units but I want to make it so elit units cost is 2/3s what they are how do I edit them? I'm sorry but its impossible with the current costs.

Unit recruitment and upkeep costs are in "...Rome - Total War\EB\Data\export_descr_units.txt". There should be enough text at the top to figure it out. Though, as with editting any file, back it up before changing it.
