    Once a patch is officially realeased, you can DL it via a link at their (TW) main page via FTP method or you go "somwhere else" on the web, where it also is released usually 12-36h after official release via P2P method...

    Once you DL the patch it usually does not matter where you put it (only a minor number require to be in the installation directory) just instal it and pint to the main insatllation directory of your game during install (usually C:/ProgramFiles/Sega/.......)

    But please remember that for the first patch you have to extract it to a temporary location, then go to that location and run setup.exe to actually install it.
