different types of shields?

Hi i saw on your front page some screen shots with different types of shields
for the barbarians and skins of idfferent types in the same unit. Is that done with BI or just with RTW 1.5
EBs new update?

Eb runs on RTW 1.5. Though it is possible to run in on the BI exe, it is not supported.


Also, those units they were sneaking us are for the next major update, i believe.

The ones i saw are the gallery of screenshots.
one the main page with all the factions and list of info.
also they have different skins in the same unit
some with shirts some without,some with armour.
but all in the same unit.

Those are just a few different units placed on the same spot to create the non-uniform unit look. Sadly, it's not possible in RTW to make such units, but in M2TW this feature was added, so you can expect EB2 will make good use of it.

The next release for EB will be based off of M2TW? So we should expect it in 2 years if thats the case?

There are some units, like the Mala Gaeroas, Golberi Curoas, Botroas, etc., that are shared between the Arvernii, Aeduii and Casse. All those 3 versions have customized shields for each of the factions, even though all three are essentially the same unit.

Same with the Sotaroas, Pezhetairoi, etc...
