RTW modding/patching probs 9playing all factions)

Anybody had throw any light on this for me?

installed the patches 1.3 & then 1.5 and then changed the playable factions around in the text (as directed on another thread 'new but old' sorry i havent worked out how to do the link) but they wouldnt play when i fired up game so after checking the text alterations a few times i unloaded all of rtw included patches, reloaded it & simply changed the text without patches and it works.

trying to pluck the effort to try loading at least the 1.3 patch again but worried the new factions will become unplayable.

Hm, I don't know the problem here, but at a guess:

Maybe you did somethign wrong the first time round. Like pressed a wrong key.

I await the results of what happens when you try it with 1.3, it should work.
