I haven't been able to save up any money for mines at all, so I'm making only something like 200 mnai every turn. Thank goodness at least that the Eleutheroi are passive this campaign or I may well give it up and go find easier prey among the Qarthadastim.
I'm only playing on VH/M, by the way. Any suggestions on how to deal with a Pahlava fullstack army consisting mostly of Mardians, 6-7 units of horse archers, coupla Nizag Gunds and the faction leader and heir's bodyguards? I don't think my combined Baktrian army of 10 foot archers and slingers, 3 pantodapoi phalangitai and 4 bodyguards can handle them, and I don't dare risk them cos once it's defeated that's the end of my faction.
