    Default A random error

Hello all, I have a question. My game incures a random error for some reason. It doesnt give me any description other than "Medieval Total War 2 has encountered an error and must close". I have restarted but the same thing happens.

The only thing i did was edited the descrip_strat file so all the factions were unlocked but that was a while ago. Also while im here, the rebels cities/castles are now empty. So I put the rebels back to unplayable but it still remains the same. Any ideas? Thanks

The reason is very simple, you messed up the descr_strat file. It's as simple as that. Simply replace it with a backup or reinstall the game. Then try again.

I dont think that would be it though. It would have caused problems before, why now? Can someone send me their file? I got problems with mine.

Easiest thing to check if the problem is something you have caused, is to reinstall the game, deleting the sega folder before installing it.

If that doesn't do it, then you have a failure somewhere on your system.
