I wish i knew how to make a blood mod for RTW and its expansions. Why any of the modders havent done it yet? is not possible? Can someone do it if possible cos it would make it better.

I think that anyone implement it because it is much difficult for the RTW engine.
For example, to handle blood in M2TW CA used a shader that overlay the original texture, and I think that this is an hardcoded features hidden in the exe

This is a frequently asked question with a frequently given response. It's not possible. People have tried, but the results were very poor and limited on the whole. The fact that none of the major mods support blood even though RTW is over 2 and a half years old suggests it isn't feasible.
