How do you turn them off, both in single player games (campaign battles and custom ones) and multiplayer games?
For SP, it should be in the gameplay options (either in campaign or in menu; someone else will have to confirm)
Just untick the "Restricted Camera" field in the options menu, it should be under "Gameplay", "UI" or "Graphics".
