I'm sorry, yet that idea would be rather long and exausting process - that is why he requires the file to be provided for him - it would be a much faster process.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you as I have R:TW un-installed at current - my tiny hard drive cannot fit M:TW, R:TW and S:TW on it all at once. My sincere apologies. I hope somebody helps you soon.

If anybody wishes to help, yet is having problems with the process, then this guide could help you:

First you need to make sure that you have 1.5. Simply enter Rome: Total War and, on the main menu, click options. In the top left hand corner there should be a number - 1.x. If the number is 1.5 then you can help the thread starter out! If not, then you sadly cannot.

If you have 1.5 you can now go and upload the export_descr_units.txt file. Simply go on this site on the net, and place into the "Select file" box either, if you have installed R:TW into it's default location, "C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\data\export_descr_units.txt" should you own the Gold Edition or Total War Eras, or "C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\data\export_descr_units.txt" if you own the standard edition, non-Gold.

Then the site will provide you with a link. Copy and paste it into this thread and your work is completed!

Hope this helps anybody having trouble, my appologies again for not being able to help you myself, cheers!
