Which mod is better and why? Which one did you enjoy more?

Another question in both mods, is Rome unified as one faction instead of 3 families and the senate?

Yep, in both of these amazing and superb modifications the nasty senate is destroyed and Rome is one perfectly unified faction. This is the most historically accurate depiction and allows for more factions to be added to the game. Hope this helps you, cheers!

Both are arguably the 2 best total conversion mods available for the classical Roman time period. In my opinion both teams EB and RTR are also arguably the best group of modders the modding community has for RTW. I would suggest you try them both. You can be told which one is better by this person or that one. In the end however you'd be better served as a fan of RTW to experience both for yourself and then make your own choice.
