    Default No Golden Horde

Now I have read that in order for a faction to re-emerge in a province it first has to have controlled that province for more than one turn or at least one turn either way... so Now heres the question when the horde emerge if you destroy them completely in the very turn that they invade technically theey have not controlled any provinces at all, does that mean that they cannot re-emerge after this time?

Has any one tried this before? I have come close to succeding but they somehow ended up in palastine

If you destroy them in Khazar and wherever else they invade, in one turn, they will not return.
