It works! It finally Works! Thanks to all!
I had tried unsuccessfully to enable all factions a coupla months ago. Due to having multiple patches and multiple directories, the manual fix never worked. Well, I reinstalled recently, and curiously enough, the game is now in program files:creative arts instead of games:sega, but I digress. I did what Omanes, Lucky Trojan Dog, and others told me to as far as manuallly changing the Descr file and now i can prance like a Pontic, thrash like a Thracian, dance like a Dacian.....well you get my drift. i have a whole new game to play now, thanks everyone for the help.
