All I can say is that there are torrents of it floating around. I really can't provide a working torrent, however. Sorry.

So is this the official release patch? At www.sega.com it only says 1.1 patch is available.

NO, it is not. Do a search, read the stickies.

There is a lot of debate here about the unofficial patch. Be patient and let the devs do their work. The patch will come when they feel it is ready.
