CTD in 240 bC - Casse EB caimpaign

It causes a CTD just clicking the end of the turn. I tried again with a game saved one or two turns before, defeated Aphistamenoi army near Ratae or Brigantae, the game proceeded without problems.

I don't know how. I'm not very clever with these things..
I haven't learned the framework of the game.
But that caimpaign is going on without troubles, now I'm playing in the 212bC...with another game saved two turns before the casse240.sav something makes the game working good.
P.S. I used the full installer 8.1.a version.

Errata corrige: I posted that the CTD happens "just clicking the end of the turn", I was wrong,it crashes at the AI turn.

There are detailed instructions in the sticky, you don't need any understanding to perform them as far as I can see ... If you don't have a clue what to do when you read the instructions, please tell me what is unclear and I'll update with a more clear set.

You are VERY likely to run into more problems unless you install the permanent fixes.
