Ja Mata Tosainu Sama.
I thought he already was an admin?!
Congrats anyway, Kukri!![]()

He was, but now he has inherited TosaInu's role as the overall leader of the Org staff. Ser Clegane has taken over Kukrikhan's previous role as second Forum Admin.Originally Posted by Craterus

So where's Tosa going? Or is he retiring? And Barocca?
In that case.I would also like to thank Tosainu Sama for his great work here at Org that has allowed us to be a part of this great forum.Im sad to see You go. Thank you Tosa!![]()
Ja Mata Tosainu Sama.
This feels like the end of an era. I am sad to see you go as well, TosaInu. You've done an excellent job here.
Congratulations, KurkiKhan. May your reign last long.

Thanks, fellas.
Let me add my praise of TosaInu: On top of the civilized tone he brought to this place (an invaluable asset, in its own right), his tireless, usually un-heralded work behind-the-scenes made the org the fun, interesting, and safe place it is. My deepest gratitude to him. I can only hope to someday fill his shoes.
He is still around. His real-life commitments dictated reduced time to spend here, so he handed me the keys to the maintenance closet, the better to keep the place tidy and mopped-up.
Your humble janitor.![]()
Be well. Do good. Keep in touch.
Very sorry to hear you're stepping down Tosa; I hope you are going to continue to be a patron here now that you won't be encumbered with admin tasks.
I agree Ludens, it is very much the end of an era. I guess Tosa's been guiding this place for, what, 3 and a bit years? Almost half the time there has been an Org to call home.
The only upside (other than Tosa getting his life back) is that Kukri is taking over. Can't think of anyone better to continue the spirit of this place. Excellent choice.
If I may be so bold as to suggest that Tosa is made at least a Senior Member? Absolutely no one deserves the honorific more.![]()

As one reign of terror ends, another begins. Let us hope that Kukri is just as brutal and tyrannic as Tosa was.
But, seriously, congratulations to both of them. Tosa has done a fine job, and i'm sure Kukri will do just as well. And as therother suggested, Tosa should be made a senior member. He deserves it.
It`s an end of an era, and I`m a witness to it.![]()
Funny thing that I`ve experienced Tosa as an administrator exactly one year.
You`ve done an excellent job, Tosa..
Congratulations to Kukri and Ser Clegane.![]()

As a newcomer to the Org, I would like to add my thanks for the efforts Tosa has made to make this place such an interesting and welcoming forum. The standard of debate, thought and enjoyment is very high, and that is in no small part due to the admins and moderators.![]()

Good work also to TosaInu, who has showed us the true ways of how a forum is organised in a good manner.
Good Luck to all.

I'm not sure that wide-scale hoaxes that enrage members and involve staff repeatedly breaching their own TOS is really Tosa's style.Originally Posted by edyzmedieval

There's little left to say about TosaInu and his work here that has not already been said. It all bears saying again, in full instead of as a simple "Hear, hear!", because that is the recognition it deserves. It has been an honour working with him.
This forum has been upgraded, tweaked, altered, honed, expanded, and polished, endlessly, with many long hours worked. He has always been around to help when needed, and a source of great advice and ideas. No matter what, he has always kept his cool, and he has my wholehearted admiration for that. I know I could not have managed the same. He has made hard decisions, which does come with the job, admittedly, but still it merits recognition. Let us not forget his posting style, one which frequently reduces me to a helpless smile as I realise he's managed to say in three sentences something I would need an entire paragraph for.
Oh - and the dancing elephant. Can't forget him.
Seconded. He deserves it if only for putting up with the entirely too many "Could you [inset one of many possible requests to alter the forum in some way, usually involving upping character/picture limits for posts]?" PMs I've sent him over the years. Poor man.Originally Posted by therother

it was unanimous among the staff discussion that Tosa's choice of Kukri and Ser Clegane as admins during his away time are the best for this forum. not much more can be said other than Tosa deserves a hearty congratulations for running this board during his term. my only regret is that i was never able to implement the "dog cam" due to my own procrastination (and shipping tariffs from the USA to Netherlands).
Gah, The Org is disappointed to see him leaving the homeland while was as happy to have been under such a calm, friendly, industrious and constructive moderation.
Some fellows have gained a higher reputation within my humble mind through my activity period here, and TosaInu is one of them, deserving seniorship to the bone.
Hope to see you back in action again, Tosa![]()
I'm glad to see master KukriKhanand SerClegane are on the wheel. I'm sure that TheOrg will be just as brilliant as it was under Tosa 's wings.
Congrats, Kukri and SerClegane![]()
Tosa you've done a great job as admin, and your steady hand keeping the good ship Org on course will be missed.
Congratulations Ser and Kukri!
I'm sure you'll both do an excellent job.

Wow... this feels like the end of the reign of an Emperor... a Czar, even...
This will take a while to get used to.
Thank you for everything you have done for us, TosaInu- one of those being my name change from meatwad to my current, much more appropriate, name. Thank you.
It seems I forgot to congratulate Ser Clegane. Congratulations Ser! May you enjoy your new seat on the Org's inner council.
Seconded! If there is anyone senior here, it's him.Originally Posted by therother

It is a weird sight not seeing TosaInu spelled in threatening red, truly the end of an era.
TosaInu: thanks for all your hard work here, the amount of demands, complaints, questions and other stuff you've handled over time is amazing. As was the incredible speed at which you seemed to be able to do it all. Yours are truly large shoes to fill.
Kukrikhan and Ser Clegane: congratulations ! I hope you are up to the task of filling those shoes. There are probably no people on the Org better suited for the job than you. Good luck, and try to have fun !

Wow, this is a strange thing. I went back and counted, and Tosa has been in charge for all of the time I've been here, 84 days to be exact. And I'm going to have to say that this site is the nicest Forum site I have been with, and definently the best run. I believe that KukriKhan will do an excellent job, but Tosa's ways will never be matched. Congratulations to both of you, have a nice life Tosa, and good luck with everything Kukrikhan.
-ZainDustin
I have to admit, even though I've had some time to try and digest it, it's still very difficult to imagine the .Org without Tosa as Admin. I feel it's a testament to how good he is in the role that most of the absolutely brilliant and critical things he's done have gone largely unnoticed.
Congratulations to Kukri and Ser as well, I am sure you will do an excellent job.
