I am trying to add highways to Carthage in the EDB but I get ctd's for my efforts. I tried cultures and they don't work. I added all the factions one at a time and they work. I add Carthage and ctd. What am I missing in this? Is there another file?

irishron, I answered you elsewhere earlier - for anyone else wondering
you need to remove a line in the descr_ui_buildings.txt file, see post#4 in this thread 'adding a building to Carthaginian Culture' and Nikolai's post here
