Can you modify the look of you units?

I want to change the looks of my RTW units is there any way to do this?

And is there any way to make your own units, with there own looks and specs?

Yup. In fact, go ahead and check out all the tutorials and mod tools available around the fora, particularly in Scriptorium and Mod Answers. You will also want to use the search function from time to time (a very important function!), and browse around the scriptorium.
