I have followed the steps of the tutorial and it is continued seeing the same interface. What lines is it necessary to change or to delete?.

    Thank you!

which tutorial where you following and which tga's did you change?

If you are using RTW and have unpacked files to their default location
(RTW/data/packs/data/UI) new files are not read from there. Those unpacked files are just for your reference. If you want to get new ones used by the game you need to make new folders so you have a file path like:
    RTW/data/UI/roman/interface etc......
    for your new tgas

You may need to move some other stuff like the .rsd files in there as well. You can move all the unpacked files to that sort of path and re-name the packs but I don't think that is necessary for this and it could slow the game down.... (sorry to be vague I haven't modded RTW for ages)
Not used mods before? Looking for something small and fun?!

I have not modded RTW for ages either. In BI you just put the interface TGAs in the right culture folder, but with RTW I seem to remember that you can only do that with the roman and you must repack the others to get them to work (maybe the roman too?) - me poor ole memory :(

I haven't repacked any of them and they work for all cultures except Roman, interestingly enough. I copied the original interface folder into each cultural ui folder and then edited them. Worked fine, save Rome

Ah, yes - I think it is the roman one that needs packing in order to be read.

It is certain, it works with all the cultures but not with the Roman one. If it is necessary to pack the files, with the software of Vercingetorix, how do I make it?

    Thank you!
