    what lvl regional MIC can the type 2 subjugation province build up to?

    So far, my regional MICs haven't been able to build any decent units...

    Well, type 2 gets to level 2 or 3 regional mic, 3 or 4 factional mic. Anyway, playing as AS (other diadochi I played never got there) can recruit Galatian Wildmen with a regional mic 5 in Galatia.
