help please

I have installed MTW. The instalation seemed to go smoothly, however when I try to run the game I get this message;

"The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located in the dynamic link library dbghelp.dll."

I have tried reinstalling; same result.

Help anyone?

It seems this is quite a complex issue , drakkon. I found only this:

If Tony's link to Microsoft support winds up not helping, I recommend you visit the Apothecary and see if the guys there can't help you out.

Post up some system specs and what Os are you trying to run the game on? That error points to a problem with the debugger, though there is probably an underlying problem causing the game to crash in the first place.
