Ok, last two questions for awhile, I promise. 1) What is the signifigance of the '54' in the first line under Augustus reform (EBBS_scripts in the same section as the turns and province couter requirements). 2) is it normal for the barrakcs to just sit in the repair queue even after you have built the Marian reform barracks?
