"In addition, Ming, controlling Tibet, profit from the powerful monks of the monastery of Shaolin."
Shaolin Monks are not Tibetan. They are Zen Buddhists from Eastern China. Also, the Ming never
ruled Tibet. Tibet was conquered later during the Qing dynasty.
"Manchurian is a chinese faction and in the first version we've already the Ming Dynasty"
The Manchurians during this time period (Ming) was not a Chinese faction. They only became Chinese after assimilation during the Qing dynasty.
Make sure you distinguish the difference between bows/archers.
The Japanese used the Yumi, "Japanese-longbows" (weaker than the English longbow, while stronger than regular bows)
Mongols/Chinese both used the "composite-recurve bows," with the Mongol version being slightly superior.

" The lancers Tibetans. "
The Ming dynasty never controlled Tibet. Tibetans also didn't have lancers.
" The chu-ko-nu (principal rafters)"
Chu-Ko-Nu were semi automatic crossbowmen. Chu Ko Nus along with single & multi shot crossbows were mass produced...so they were not elite weapons. Since this game doesn't have firearms or gunpowder weapons (one of the primary weapons of this time period), you can replace them with crossbows and archers.
