Post How many years till it's all over?

    Hi guys,
I'm quite upset. I know that my epic Aragonese campaign, which I played from Early on moderate, my first ever M:TW campaign which I have played past 1200 without total destruction, will soon reach it's sad and mournful conclusion - I'll most certainly miss it's domination over my whole life for the past week.

However, due to my sheer idiocy, I'm sorry to say that I have now knowledge of when it will all be over. I predict perhaps somewhere around the year 1500, which gives me 88 turns to gain control over the epic map, I know that that will never happen, my main and most dominant neighbour, they are on all five of my front, the English, are simply too strong to be destroyed before the game is out.

So, may I ask you famous and most highly revered veterans when this epic game will come to an end? I'm sorry to irritate you with my noobishness, yet I don't want to have a shock ending in 1420 without my even knowing that it will happen.

Thanks very much for tolerating me, cheers!

Wow, the service here really is high speed. Thanks very much!

May I also ask you if you can play beyond the concluding point. It would just be a shame to have it all end in 1453 without being able to go onwards.

BTW, that's true Noir, I really have enjoyed every second of this truly amazing campaign, especially the part where I went totally bankrupt and just managed to get back in the green through some rapid conquests! M:TW really has contained everything that I ever have wanted out of a game. When I first bought it I was expecting R:TW in the Medieval Era, yet what I got was something completely different, more epic, more challenging, more fun and more politically unstable!

    Thanks again!

BTW, in my campaign the fall of Constantinople was in 1388 by an epic English and Aragonese coordinated force, yet the English got it as they had the largest army size, they conquered it in a crusade.

I always thought that having "dynamic" - as it happens - event messages, as for example the fall of Constantinople would be great in TW.

    Dear Omanes,
the game ends with the fall of Constantinople at 1453. if you have enjoyed intriguing, politicising, backstabbing, lending generous help, went from the dreaded gates of hell to the sheer heights of heaven as a ruler and above all enjoyed numerous battles waging Total War, then little does it matter whether you win or lose.

    Keep Enjoying

    Regards

The HISTORICAL fall of Constantinople. Right now Byzantium is roaming the steppes. Novgorod is holding them off for the moment. I don´t know which of them will be more BONUS POINTS FOR THE AWARD by the Golden Horde. I hope both. I need their lands to expand and bit Hungary in the BONUS POINTS
