Your graphics setting are likely set very low. I would suggest, if your computer can handle it, pushing unit detail up to high.

a strange thing
used high on my old Geforce 6600GT as well as my new 7900GS.
perhaps this is a driver issue....i use 93.71 for my nvidia cards.
this driver works well for me.
i suggest to change the driver version (perhaps even to an older one) for your card.
Thanx I will try messing up with drivers.Originally Posted by AngryAngelDD
Looks mostly like the trippy stuff you get when the model and texture don't mesh. But unless you've messed around with the relevant descr_model_battle entry (or there's something wrong with it, or the relevant texture) I'm puzzled as to what'd be causing it, especially as at a distance like that it shouldn't be giving you that "stick figure death theatre" show. You know, limbs all pointy and so on.
"Let us remember that there are multiple theories of Intelligent Design. I and many others around the world are of the strong belief that the universe was created by a Flying Spaghetti Monster. --- Proof of the existence of the FSM, if needed, can be found in the recent uptick of global warming, earthquakes, hurricanes, and other natural disasters. Apparently His Pastaness is to be worshipped in full pirate regalia. The decline in worldwide pirate population over the past 200 years directly corresponds with the increase in global temperature. Here is a graph to illustrate the point."

In video options, I've turned the shadows off and textures returned to normal. But only when you zoom. When you are zoomed out, it's steel messed up. Anyway, it's partial solution at least.Originally Posted by Watchman
