Default I understand reputation, but what is the ranks of it?

Like I know that Very Reliable is the best and Reliable is the second best. So, whats the list so I know?
Work, Girlfriend, Responsibilities, Reality, Kids, and MTW - all things in life make life worth living.

    Edit October 17th, 2007
Work-Still hate it but I appreciate having it more now.
Girlfriend - ? - looks like I am helping Nga now. Miss sex though.
Responsibilities, Too many bills to too little money
    Reality - (Censored)
Kids - My son is improving a little bit each day, still far behind but I may have more kids in the future.
MTW - Kingdoms installed but...Urggg, too soon.
    ----------------
Conclusion, Life is worth Living now.

Are you sure about "good" and "amiable"? I think that belongs in the relations, or does it? I´ve never seen a faction with good or amiable reputation. And is reliable really above trustworthy?
I´m wondering, since in my recent English campaign, I was "trustworthy", allied to Spain, Hungary and Denmark, the latter two were allied to France and Spain was at war with France. Then I decided to help out Spain (offered military aid against France), since eliminating France is one of the short campaign goals, so I placed one of my armies next to a Spanish one which besieged Dijon. When the Spanish assaulted my army joined in. At the beginning of the next turn I was informed that I had broken my alliances with Hungary and Denmark (although my relations with both of them were very good and outstanding, respectively), however my reputation said "very reliable".

Actually, I'm not 100% sure about that list - I grabbed it from the other reputations thread

It's not accurate... Good and Amiable doesn't belong there, and it's missing "Deceitful", possibly "very decietful".
Still maintain that crying on the pitch should warrant a 3 match ban
