    Default Skinning

    Hello, I would like to try my hand at skinning and perhaps changing the headgear of certain units (basically swapping), what do I need to get started?

    Photoshop
    .texture to .dds converter
    Nvidia dds plug-in for Photoshop to open .dds files

    I think it is enought :)
