I see folks with legions that have 160 or 200 men. How do u get those? modifying specific files or u´ll get them in later stages?

Under options you can change size of units to huge, if your computer has the hardware to handle it.

Best way to find out quickly is a custom battle, with different unit scale and different faction count.

Also this only works for new campaigns you start after you change the unit size, not for your current campaign.
If your system cannot handle the big unit size, try removing grass and playing around with the other settings in video options.
