I guess there are alot of variables that determine this. The Selucids have several of my ports blockaded and the fleets i have spend alot of time running around trying to unblock ports. Alot of my territories are under developed as almost my entire spending has gone on military structures. Until I knock down the selucid threat I wont be able to shift my attention to civil and economic structures. Alot of my ports are not maxxed along with farms/markets/roads/etc. I am making 30K in profit each year which is acceptable. If that number drops i will either have to reduce corruption or find new income.

Oh on another note I am in the planning stages of another AAR. As much as i love the Roman AAR I would like to try some other factions. I will put up a poll of the ones I am willing to play and you guys can vote. Dont Worry the Romans will continue their crawl across the World
