I'm on the west coast of the US, so it's still very much Monday. Sorry, but this is going to take a couple more hours (4ish) because I'm going to see a movie in 20 mins.
Right now it's 6:15pm for me, Monday.

Rise of Civilizations
Chapter III: War Continues
War has spread across much of the known world. In the North, Venetians have attacked and taken a city of the Guals. In Central Italy, the leader of the Etruscans has been killed. In the south, a great force assaulted a great Roman defending force at Capua, and was repulsed. Many thousands perished.
In the west, the Sardinians attack the people of Kender, and are also repulsed in their attempt to seize a city. Throughout the world, money changes hands between nations and armies are raised.

Turn Four has begun. Your Orders are due by Friday.
IMPORTANT: Unless told to me via PM or this thread, all nations still trade with each other until their forces engage in physical combat.

Kender, we give you a chance to surrender. Give us Caleim and become our vassal, then we shall let you live in peace. Be wise and accept it, or you will face annihilation.

Sorry, not meant seriously.
I'm not complaining. The rules aren't in the favour of the distant attacker, which is realistic and reasonable.

I assume that even though I'm dead I can still comment on the game.
It appears to me that those who havent been attacked or havent attacked have the odds in their favor for the moment as they will have time to pool their resources and enlarge their influence. This the ghost of Etrusca thinks.

We didn't attack your "humble people", we are liberating your people from your evil tyranny and oppression. Those whom we attacked were your fanatic and brutal followers, whom you often used to oppress and persecute your own people. And some were mere mercenaries.Originally Posted by Motep

Once again, I am not a tyrant. You have a small band of desserters attacking helpess farmers, and impaling them upon stakes in their own fields!
