If you install 0.81a v2 you'll get the temp fixes along with it. There's no way those are corrupt. Possibly your extractor program is screwed though, there are several free programs that can extract files from rar archives, you may want to google for them.
There's no non-rar version available. I may put one up sometime, but not until the end of the weekend at least.
