    Default romani t2 & t3 govts?

Hi , can anyone tell me what buildings I can and can't build in type 2/ type 3
    govts?
Also , I'm keen to recruit Gestikapoinann in my newly conquered spanish cities
and don't want to establish type 2 govts if this renders them unavailable.

    Regards,

    Figulus.

They don't get access to that unit at all. It is strictly Lusotannan.

AFAIK, Romans only get Iberi Milites and Caetratti from all the Spanish cities so don't eorry about it and just build Type 2 Govs unless you wanna roleplay some.
Type 2 govs can build up to Factional MIC 4 and Regional MIC 3 and can build practically all of the cultural buildings (I can't recall any off the top of my head that are restricted. Type 3 can build the beginning of most cultural lines but the highest are restricted.
Note that for Romani, you won't be able to build Factional MICs outside of the Homeland provinces until the Marians, and before the Polybians not even all the Homelands can build a Factional MIC.
Keep in mind that for most factions regional MICs will generally not provide you with cool units that belong to another faction, though there are notable exceptions.
