Eventually the broadcasting standards people (or whoever it was) shut off the ad and made them pay a fine because it was blatantly false. I mean, what kind of idiot thinks "Ok right, sales are down, let's tell people that if they join with us we'll launch them into space!"

Almost as bad as the Dodo internet ads here - they offer free* ADSL 2+

*NB: Usage limit 50MB/month, after which the user will be charged more in twenty minutes use than they would on other plans for the whole month...yes, 50MB would take under 10 seconds to use up on that plan
