Default Summer Campaign-Medieval Bracket Rd. 2

Round 2 of the Medieval campaign.

I made an error while listing generals and forgot a general, and have corrected the mistake by adding the general to the list.

There are 9 generals, and a half of this is 4.5, I will correct the halving error, and say that 4 votes per poster, so that the next round will have 2 choices, and so on.
Poll will be open for 7 days
Good luck to all of you and may the best general win!

    Have you just been dumped?

I ask because it's usually something like that which causes outbursts like this, needless to say I dissagree completely.

Hmm, I wonder if anyone can guess who my top two were?

    Here's a hint:
    <------

Seriously, though, I don't see how the two of them couldn't get at least to the next round, they certainly were more accomplished then most on the list, imo.

After them, I voted for Salah-Al-Din and El Cid.

He united the fighting Arabs, conquered Egypt and defeated a giant crusader army at the Horns of Hattin. That said he could very well exploit the weaknesses of the crusaders, but his army couldn't go toe-to-toe with the heavily armoured knights. Apart from that he survived the Third Crusade and was known -even in the West- as one of the most chivalrous men of his age. Even Dante doesn't put him in Inferno.

That said, I didn't vote for him though.

That large army was weakened by exhaustion, heat (all that armor on makes it worse), and thirst.

But i guess u can use that to show his skill i suppose.
