    Sadly AFAIK it's not made. There was someone (who's name I've forgetten) who volunteered by got slapped around by people saying we don't need it. (retarded)

    The easiest way is to open up the financial scroll and see how each province affects your income... Unless you have just conquered the levant or something like that, PO just isn't a real issue. Corruption is the biggest drain, followed by what you make off merchants.
    Still maintain that crying on the pitch should warrant a 3 match ban

    iirc corruption is tied to distance to capital (and fyi, some mods, such as LTC, dramatically increase the penalties for having a far away capital, making a tool like this more useful, were it ever to be made)

    LTC used to drastically increase it, it's now just a small increase.
