Query: Ludus Magna

hi all,

I'm putting together an article on RTW for this month's Gahzette, and I'm wondering if anyone on the EB team has used the Org's Ludus Magna to answer questions on game mechanics, or contributed research there themselves? Obviously therother has but I'm wondering if it's been used by the EB team generally at al.

Answers don't have to be in this thread, PMs are good as well.

Yes, I seem to recall writing one or two posts there.

I believe some EBers (other than me, that is) have used the Ludus Magna in the past. QwertyMIDX for instance, e.g. this thread.

It's a shame the Game Mechanics forum idea hasn't been extended to M2TW. I may be biased, but I always thought it was a helpful place and a useful addition to the Org's forum line up. IIRC, there was a pinned thread dedicated to mechanics research in the Citadel, but all I could find after a brief search was a indirect link or two in econ21's excellent M2TW FAQ. Oh well.

Yes, I tried talking the powers that be into opening a LM-type forum for Medieval 2 (which, I'm ashamed to say, would have upped my interest in the game ten-fold) but alas, it was considered unneeded. I'll have to try agitating for one again sometime soon, seems like there are a LOT of same-question threads on the forums here and elsewhere re: mechanics.
