Quick Battle CTD

I'm on .81a. I've tried playing quick battles recently on a whim, and both times I tried starting one, it CTDed. Both times, I was allotted the Pahlav, and midway through loading it CTDs with the error message

Generic error: Failed to find texture 'eb/data/models_unit/textures/ebunit_Aymar_barb_komatai_agrianai_dacia'.

How?

Both my girlfriend's and my copy of EB in our respective computers have this problem, though hers does not seem to have error messages. Strange thing is, I used to be able to call up a quick battle. That one was between KH and Aedui, though, so perhaps it's faction-specific?

Also, where do I get .81aV2?

You get 0.81a V2 at www.europabarbarorum.org. I know nothing of the quick battle though, never played one of those. Someone else might know something.

I've had success often with quickbattles. I haven't had that message pop up with them before. I wish we had some measure of control with them, but we don't as far as I know.
