how to increase halberdier move speed

hi. ive been playing m2tw for a while and halbers really sucks due to their slow movement speed in battle map. is the problem in animation or scripting?

If you remove their phalanx attribute from the EDU then they'll walk, talk and generally behave like any other normal unit.

even out of spearwall they still walk to slow.

try to remove the primary attack in export_desc_units. it is the phalanx attack. this may slow down the halberd.
