Hi!... I've seen a few regions with the wonder sign on them and no wonders in the buliding menu's. for example syracuse... is this a bug?

Yes. The one in Syracuse's lands should be in Lilibeo's. It represents the old temples in Malta.

And the Hayasdan wonder? Quite south on a ford, but there's nothing about it in Armavir. Or is it ment to be the Wild Stones mentioned in neighbouring Phraaspa?

Many of the random 'stone circles' on the strat map that don't have a wonder associated with it, represent wonders that haven't made it into the game yet. There was a couple 'guy this building' threads a couple months back that had some pictures of the new wonders (like the one in Armenia).

Teleklos completely redid the wonders so that some could be torn down for appropriate amounts of money, and to fit more wonders in.
